Ideal Printers is currently hiring a full-time Accounts Receivable Clerk. This individual will be under the direct supervision of the HR and Accounting Manager, providing administrative and transactional support to the Human Resources/Accounting Department.

RESPONSIBILITIES (including, but not limited to):

  • Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
  • Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions from bank
  • Prepare customer invoices daily
  • Accurate tracking of commissions and sales
  • Verifies validity of account discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from sales, customer service departments, and from customers
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries
  • Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history and credit line
  • Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; verifying totals; preparing report
  • Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed
  • Ability to multitask with phone coverage and front desk activity

  • Post-secondary education–Associates or Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2-4 years of experience working with financial transactions
  • Knowledge of GP Dynamics and Avanti a plus

Ideal Printers is currently hiring a full-time Client Services Engineer (CSE). Our CSEs are at the forefront of everything we do at Ideal Printers, working closely with our sales team, our customers, and our production staff to ensure jobs are created, estimated, and communicated correctly from start to delivery. This position is a hybrid role and includes a mix of estimating, job planning, and customer service. 

RESPONSIBILITIES (include, but are not limited to)

  • Review quote requests and prepare estimates by thoroughly exploring all options to give our clients the best price
  • Contact outside vendors and paper reps for pricing when necessary
  • Plan out jobs by including all pertinent information, creating layouts, and leaving as few questions as possible for our production staff
  • Communicate between sales and production
  • Responsible for getting proofs to sales or the client in a timely manner


  • Have a good understanding of the printing industry
  • Previous experience in a printing company, preferably with estimating and/or job planning.
  • Thorough attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly with sales, production, and clients
